In 2011 she was presented the Circle of Excellence Award by SmartCEO Magazine, and she was awarded a Brava! Business Women Achievement Award. Throughout the years, Schick has been lauded for her many achievements. In recognition of her civic engagement, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce recognized her with the Paradigm Award for leadership, and Modern Healthcare named her as a "Woman to Watch" in its Top 25 Women in Healthcare issue. She previously served as the Chair for the Pennsylvania Commission for Women and as Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Business Council. She is active in the community, including serving as national Trustee and revenue Committee Chair for the March of Dimes. Schick has over 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
